Refund Policy

Please read carefully. By purchasing Products and Services ("Courses", "Workshops", "Trainings", "Slugger and Switch-Hitter Membership", "Trading Strategies", "Trading Systems", "Trading Indicators", "Code", "Templates", and all other products sold by Relaxed Trader LLC) from Relaxed Trader LLC, the following Refund Policies are entered into by Relaxed Trader LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) and You (“Client”, "Customer", or “You”), and You agree to the following terms stated herein.

One-Time Purchases

Immediately upon signup you have access to knowledge and trainings that will immediately provide you with the value advertised in that particular product. We do not offer any money back guarantee and no refunds will be issued. If you have any problems accessing our content, or require any assistance, you agree to contact us directly (kurt@relaxedtrader.com) to allow us to assist you with gaining access to our content.

Memberships (Subscriptions)

When you purchase a subscription or membership you immediately gain access to a whole library of information where most of the content is only available to active members.

We do not offer refunds for subscriptions or memberships. You will not be issued a refund for any remaining days or months of the Service after your cancellation, and any remaining installment, default, or late payments will be due immediately.

All subscriptions rebill and renew automatically according to the terms of the subscription you purchased.

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads ("Trading Strategies", "Trading Systems", and "Trading Indicators") are available to you immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of this product, no refunds are provided for any downloads sold by Relaxed Trader LLC.

Chargebacks

Since we have a clear and explicit refund policy, that you must agree to prior to purchase of any Service, we do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback (threat or actual) from you, your credit card company, issuing bank, or credit card processor. If a chargeback is placed on a purchase, or if we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account, which could have a negative impact on your credit report score. The information reported will include your name, email address, IP addresses, order date, order amount, billing address, and all other information you provided willingly during the purchase.
