Immediately upon signup you have access to knowledge and content that will immediately provide you with the value advertised. We do not offer any money back guarantee and no refunds will be issued. If you have any problems accessing our content, contact us directly at kurt@relaxedtrader.com.
When you purchase a subscription or membership you immediately gain access to a library of information available only to active members. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions or memberships. You will not be issued a refund for any remaining days or months after your cancellation.
Digital downloads — Trading Strategies, Trading Systems, and Trading Indicators — are available to you immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of this product (full source code delivery), no refunds are provided for any downloads sold by Relaxed Trader.
This refund policy is presented clearly at checkout and agreed to before every purchase. If you have a concern about any charge, please contact kurt@relaxedtrader.com before filing a dispute — most billing concerns turn out to be access issues we can resolve quickly. Disputes filed without contacting us first will be answered with the full transaction and agreement records.
