$1 Trials
The Company, at times, offers a trial membership for a period of thirty (30) days from the moment that you activate such trial period by submitting your payment details. By submitting your payment details, you: (i) accept the 30-day Trial Offer; (ii) consent to us using your payment details in accordance with our Privacy Policy; (iii) acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
You must cancel your Trial Offer the day before the Trial Period ends. If you do not cancel, you will automatically become an active member and the credit card you provided will automatically be charged the membership fee. $1 Trial Offers are limited to one per member unless otherwise invited via email.
Subscription and Payment
By authorizing the Company to charge a payment card for the fees associated with your subscription, you are authorizing the Company to automatically continue charging that card for all fees or charges associated with your subscription, including any renewal fees. The Company may at any time change any of its pricing or institute new charges or fees.
Automatic Renewal, Term and Termination
Membership subscriptions will be set to automatically renew upon expiration. Unless you cancel your subscription prior to its expiration, your account will automatically renew for the same term. You are responsible for canceling your own membership. Your registration constitutes advanced consent to receive and pay for the subscription on a continuing basis without further consent, until you cancel.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard, and you are responsible for canceling before your renewal date if you do not wish to renew. When you cancel, your subscription simply does not renew: you keep full member access through the end of the period you have already paid for, and access ends when that period expires. After your paid period ends, your account and its member content may be deactivated. Cancellation does not entitle you to any partial or prorated refunds.
Refund Policy
There is no circumstance in which you will be entitled to, or the Company is required to provide, a refund or credit for any reason, including without limitation satisfaction or your failure to cancel your account or service prior to its automatic renewal or Trial Period expiration date. For all subscription types, you are obligated to pay the entire membership fee regardless of when termination was initiated during your membership term.
Digital Goods (Strategies, Systems, Indicators, Tools, Custom Code): Since the purchaser receives full open source code as part of their purchase, there are no refunds given for digital goods and services such as trading strategies, tools, scans, custom coding, or consulting.
